From fixing tickets to building with AI
I used to measure IT by how fast I closed tickets. Then I started asking a different question: why does this ticket exist at all? AI became my fastest way to answer it. It drafts Bash and PowerShell, turns runbooks into workflows and summarizes noisy logs, while I stay the one who reviews, tests and owns every change. The real shift was not the tool. It was treating repetitive work as a bug to fix, and AI as a way to fix it safely.
